Titanium yellow pigment

Titanium Yellow, also called sunlight yellow, is one of the common inorganic pigments. It is widely applied in the plastic and coating coloration process. It is characterized by the good performance of environment-friendly, heat-resistance and weather-resistance but less color strength.

Comparing with titanium white pigment powder, the particle diameter of titanium yellow is bigger. So the dispersivity and glossiness of titanium yellow is worse than that of titanium white. TFCC overcomed this problem after a research of a couple of years. TFCC has a much better performance of dispersivity and glossiness comparing with the similar products in market places.

2. Properties of titanium yellow

Titanium yellow pigment has good chemical stability, especially it has good stability against acid, alkali, oxygenant, reductant, sulphide. It is an environment-friendly pigment which is in accordance with US FDA(Food and Drug Administration) standard, and able to replace both chrome yellow and cadmium yellow pigments. 3、Application

The weather-resistance and durability performance of titanium yellow surpass that of rutile titan white .It is widely applied in the process of coil metal coating, car shell coating, spaceflight coating, the outdoor slogan or signpost coating.

Titanium yellow pigment has good chemical stability thus applied in the process of wall paint, concrete, latex, hordaphos resin.

TFCC titanium yellow pigment is innoxious and resists high temperature. Thus applied in the coating of plastic toys, the coating of plastic food packages, the printing ink printed in the food containers, and the plastic products injected under high temperature and other heat-resistance coating.
